So, my current favourite manga to read is Girls of the Wild's and they finally updated with a new chapter after 2 months.

;_; Today I found out that my favourite band Nightmare, will be attending Japan Expo in Paris next month. It's the first time they will be performing outside of Japan. I cannot stress enough how important this is for me to be able to go.

So I need to raise funds. I'm considering selling some of my items to friends and family but we'll see how it works out.

If there is anything I can offer in terms of art, sketches whatever, please consider commissioning me. Anything at all, I will consider unless it is out of my skill set.

I'm looking to raise £150 to cover train costs, possibly to buy merch/ souvenirs, food etc. and any extra stuff as it will also be my first time going to Paris or any country to be frank. I want to go there for both days, when Nightmare will perform live and do signings. (Accommodation is covered)

If anyone themselves is going Japan Expo next month...I might need help to understand how to get from place to place e.e;;

I want my fellow Naito friends to come...and I definitely want to go, I think I will be devastated otherwise LOL

I just finished reading Inuyasha ;-; beautiful.
I was on Kagome's side from the beginning 8D so I'm pleased all turned out suspiciously the way I wanted it to.
Rumiko's short nonsense strips towards the end also cracked me up XD especially the bits saying "Rumiko loves me...that's why I'm not dead" and the Naraku rape stare thing and especially Jaken's and Shippou's conversation about SessRin etc. lmfao crazy fangirls. @-@

That manga honestly took ages to read too...I mean I started watching the anime yeaaaars ago, forgot about it then decided to start from the beginning on the Manga until I remembered where I left off. (However I've always loved Ranma 1/2 more since the Inu-anime got boring too quickly...probably because it was dubbed.) Secretly I would have been happy for even a Kouga-kagome pairing (highly unlikely plot I know but that wimpy wolf was kinda cute when he got the chance to be and Inuyasha's two timing forever irked me.

I wish I could muster the courage to make decent fanart -impossible- felt like drawing almost every panel of the manga...it was seamless ._.;

Apart from that, yep I kinda regret catching up to Naruto Shippuden and I prefer the anime to the manga sadly so. lalala-la-la. Lately I've just been staring at 's gallery wanting to give my right arm to attain her powers pfft lol; I could swear when you look at someone's gallery that only contain their best work, you instantly forget the chance that they at one point in time used to be complete and utter n00bs. (highly doubt she ever was though) XD Then again I'm capable in my own n00bie way too, fight da powaar! @_@ ///////

Any way I've started watching Naruto Shippuden again and am obviously way behind on it XD just...what is with Kishimoto

Don't ask I just adored Tobi so much haha he's hilarious.

If you're behind (100 episodes or  more) on Naruto Shippuden a little like myself, please don't search up Tobi and we all be able to live ok? XD Unless I've read it wrong, it is definitely not worth searching him up! Especially if you hate spoilers.

"Anyone can draw manga" "It's not really art" I'm sure most of us have heard things like this said before and a lot of the time can understand may have felt disheartened by other peoples comments and opinions.

Let me start by saying, what a load of BS. To the ones who draw manga and have been affected by the things that were said to them. What was the initial reason you started to draw manga? Was it because you thought it'd make a great career? Did you want to make lots of money? Impress other people? Or just liked it?

I'm not wondering at all about why people say it's not art because whatever the status I still like drawing in the style of manga. I'm bored of arguing and having to listen to people moan.

I was remembering one of my teacher's telling me: "they can do that with their eyes shut" 'they' being some university art teacher and 'that' being: drawing manga.

Allow me to leave you with a few thoughts.

There are people in the world who are genuinely just concerned for you when you make the decision to draw manga and other people who are purely ignorant. Like my teacher who was impressed by one little filter I added to one of my pictures as an experiment. ...yeah I know.

Half the time someone who is skilled with drawing real life figures and faces may have a great chance of making manga work for themselves or if they wanted to prove a point. Other times it's just off. You can tell someone is not used to drawing Manga though they have the skills. With time that can change of course.

I also think it's very silly to assume that someone who draws manga won't be able to draw real people. No...you're either good at drawing in general or you're not but some things definitely require practice and understanding.


Also guys. If it's money that you're really after then do quit drawing manga and go splatter some paint or shit on a canvas, modern art is really raking it in.
