This is stunning!. How do you color the hair?. When ever I try doing really detailed colored hair it just looks muddy . This is wonderful, I love the way you drew her body. except on of the arms are tad bit short.
Ah yeah, I didn't plan that arm very well especially after drawing the hair...
The hair was meant to be far more simpler than this. I layered the colours with about 5 or more colouring pencils because I was worried I wouldn't get the right blend (smooth and not with patches of white paper showing) and I just stuck to a certain technique which I can't completely recall right now but the lines for the hair was sketched very simply like cartoony bubble clouds with a hb pencil.
If I get the time and resource I will record my process. You could also check out FAQ as I took a little inspiration from her. C:
I built up the shading from softly stoking in pencils at first. By the time I got to the 4th or 5th different colour pencil I coloured in using more pressure
Uh also it probably took over 5 hours to do stuff like the hair and additional 5+ hours for the dress...bg took the least time I think but I didn't really cut any corners that's all.

did your scanner ruin any part of it or anything?
Only very, very slight difference though I don't know what the difference is exactly but I didn't change any colour or brightness for this.
Meh u lucky. Cant remember once i didnt have to adjust colour and brightness drastically and shits
Some scanners are just annoying adding their own little lighting effect where it's not needed
Ubless you can find out how to change the scan setting on your own
